We are Volunteers
About Us
We are a group of AARP Foundation Tax-Aide volunteers working locally to provide free tax preparation and e-file services in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. We volunteer so those in our local community do not miss out on the tax refunds, credits, and deductions they’ve earned because they cannot afford a paid tax preparer.
In a typical year, our one hundred volunteers help taxpayers file 2500 federal income tax returns and claim $2.6 million in refunds.
